All books are shipped through a single, dedicated distribution network. This ensures consistent shipping times and charges.
Our complete range of apothecary products are also shipped through a single distribution network, ensuring reliable delivery and consistent shipping rates.
For our diverse range of products such as herbs & botanicals, aromatherapy and gemstones, we utilise multiple distribution networks. This allows us to source and deliver a broader selection of items but may result in separate shipments and varying shipping charges.
Due to our use of multiple distribution networks, shipping rates and delivery times can vary depending on the supplier and the type of product. We aim to provide the lowest possible shipping charges to our customers.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately if they originate from different distribution networks. Consequently, shipping charges will apply to each shipment individually.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the distribution network handling your order.
You will receive shipping confirmation emails for each shipment, including tracking information to help you monitor the status of your deliveries.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products shipped in error, damaged, or out of date are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- Shipments of apothecary items and herbal teas are deemed acceptable by the buyer unless notice of rejection is received by Mystique Bazaar within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- Mystique Bazaar's only obligation regarding delivery dates is to use reasonable efforts to meet them.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer at the F.O.B. point.
- Mystique Bazaar will not be liable for any delays, breakage, loss, or damage after delivery in good order by non-Mystique Bazaar carriers.
- Mystique Bazaar may assess a surcharge for shipping outside the normal schedule at the customer's request.
- Any additional charges during delivery, such as lift-gate, inside delivery, and residential delivery charges, are the responsibility of the customer.
Mystique Bazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including fire, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of materials or products, accidents, war, delay of common carriers or suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, or any other cause beyond its control.
Unless otherwise stated, products are warranted to conform to specifications and free from defects in design, material, and workmanship as specified by the manufacturer. Improper use or failure to maintain products as per manufacturer instructions voids the warranty.
- All returns must be clearly labeled ‘Return Dept.’ on the outside of the box.
- Include an RMA # inside the box along with the order number for proper crediting of your account.
- Contact us at sales@mystiquebazaar.com to initiate a return. Please note, that we ship through various distribution networks, and we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
